The breakdown of content listed below showcases recommended training modules that may be useful within different group dynamics. In addition, you can also pick and choose between the selections below to create a custom module. Part One: Communication

Active Listening: This section explores the three A's of listening and provides the opportunity to discern how to listen and respond with an open mind in a more effective way. 

Communications Styles: This section explores the strengths and weaknesses of different communication styles and how to communicate effectively with each communication style.

Communication Types: This sections explores the different types of communication responses in conflict and identifies the different traits of aggressive, assertive, and passive communication. 

Giving & Receiving Feedback: This section explores the art of giving & receiving detailed feedback. Guidance is provided on how to give reinforcement and redirection and includes activities that help showcase that feedback has positive goals. 

Setting Boundaries: This sections defines a healthy boundary, explores the advantages of healthy boundaries, and identifies how to set them.

Understanding Conflict: This section explores conflict and the steps for manging it, describes the evolution of conflict, and identifies how conflict differs from a dispute. 

Conflict Styles: This section provides a cursory review regarding the variables of conflict, explores the different conflict styles, and discovers how to incorporate other styles to facilitate effective communication.

Debate vs Dialogue: This section explores the difference between debating a concern and engaging in effective dialogue when conversing about differing viewpoints.

Trust: This section explores the concepts and elements of trust and how to brave trust. 

Team Building: This section defines what a team is and explores how to effectively build teams in the workplace. 

Psychological Safety: This section focuses on behaviors that promote a healthy workplace and the ability to take risks and speak up freely.
