Walk-ins are always welcome! However, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to protect your privacy. Use of services provided by the Office of the Ombuds is voluntary and off the record.

Directions: Our office is located on the second floor of SSB. Using the stairs (closest to Scholars Lane) or elevator you will walk past the frosted outside door (211) and use the first hallway entrance. Look for a note that states "Ombuds Visitors May Use This Entrance". Proceed down the hallway and the office is the very first door on the right hand side.
